Joe is true gentleman and trustworthy. I went to repair my son's schwinn ranger - considering the cost involved, Joe suggested to work through warranty or Target to get the issue taken care of. Didn't even try to sell me into it - rather gave me ideas/options to pursue before I spend to fix things.
