I've just had the most wonderful experience at Monkey See located in Byron. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, very helpful, fun and very accommodating. I thought I had an eye exam scheduled but it turns out that it wasn't recorded in their online system. No matter. Dr. Sharma squeezed me in anyway as I was there. Every experience I’ve had in this store has been exceptional. Great selection, great service, great staff. Bought glasses, brought my own frames and had custom lenses made, and had multiple repairs. Cannot recommend them enough.

My wife's glasses broke and she took them in to see if they could be repaired. They said they would try their best and did an amazing job! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store for its excellent and professional service. It is so nice to have personal customer service.
