I've just had the most wonderful experience at Monkey See located in Byron. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, very helpful, fun and very accommodating. I thought I had an eye exam scheduled but it turns out that it wasn't recorded in their online system. No matter. Dr. Sharma squeezed me in anyway as I was there. I was able to order a pair of progressives and readers while I was there as well. Very reasonably priced. Though they were busy, they found the time for me regardless. Every experience I’ve had in this store has been exceptional. Great selection, great service, great staff. Bought glasses, brought my own frames and had custom lenses made, and had multiple repairs. Cannot recommend them enough.

My wife's glasses broke and she took them in to see if they could be repaired. They said they would try their best and did an amazing job! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store for its excellent and professional service. It is so nice to have personal customer service.
