I went in to get a replacement nose pad for my glasses, which I had purchased elsewhere. Cynthia and Angela (I believe that was their names) were incredibly friendly and funny. Cynthia did the repair quickly and didn't charge anything for it. What struck me the most was the genuine friendliness of the staff! Thank you!
I recently purchased new frames and lenses and had a hard time getting my eyes to adjust. I brought them back in and had the pleasure of dealing with Maurice who took the time to hear me out and come up with a game plan to find a solution. A week after of getting my glasses back the issue is resolved and I am grateful for the customer service that was shown. Its hard to find good customer service these days and monkey see optical has it in spades . Thanks again.
Check the prices somewhere else before you give them your business. After 10 years of being a customer there, went to replace only my lenses no frame and was quoted $540 decided to check Costco and to my surprise same lenses were only $100. Oh by the way the place is owned by a chain now no longer original owner. Buyers beware
