When my son (age 11) was kicked out by an employee (older woman) just because he needed to go to the bathroom and went to the bathroom without asking the employee was very rude and said that their manners in this world and that he had to ask her to go to the bathroom and the employee said that it’s not a public bathroom.

Employee (older woman) was hostile towards my parents before they could even get through the door and immediately started treating my dad and I like we were thiefs and/or dirty (told my dad he might have "sticky fingers"). We are POC.. she also followed my dad throughout the store when there were plenty of other customers she could have helped.
