The office is so cute , the staff was nice and Hailey was amazing! I was really nervous going in for my son evaluation because he normally doesn’t try to interact with grownups outside of family, but he went right in and started trying to communicate with her. I’m excited for his journey at the office! 🤩🤗
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Monkey Mouth Speech Therapy. The facility was unprofessional, disorganized, and noticeably dirty, which made the environment uncomfortable and unsuitable for children. Most concerning was the behavior of the speech-language pathologist, Daniela Centeno, who crossed physical boundaries with my daughter. our experience with monkey mouth and Daniela Centeno was deeply disappointing. Ms. Centeno was unprofessional and made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable by crossing physical boundaries. The office was not only disorganized but also unhygienic, and my child ended up getting sick after the visit. Additionally, Ms. Centeno’s struggles with english made it hard for her to effectively work with my daughter. I would strongly advise against supporting this business.
We love Monkey Mouths! We come for speech, feeding therapy, and occupational therapy. We are very happy with our son’s treatment plan and very pleased with the therapists we have worked with in the last two years. Many of our friends come here as well. It’s close to home and school, unlike many other clinics. I highly recommend Monkey Mouths! We’ve been coming since 2017.
The team at Monkey Mouths - Coppell provided exceptional support through their speech therapy program, significantly aiding my son’s development. Born in 2020, he experienced delayed speech, and the staff’s expertise and dedication were instrumental in his progress. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and the outstanding work they perform.
