You guys are fantastic. Cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Went to the dealership yesterday with an appointment and as of this afternoon they hadn't even taken it back. Went and picked up my car and brought it to Monkey Mike's on recommendation from Auto Zone. I brought my daughter’s Honda Civic in because she had an oil leak, and also to get her AC checked out because it stopped cooling. They called me back with an estimated price and said it would be ready in a few days. I needed to call them back with half the payment because when they called me, I did not have my card with me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Talk about customer service! I can't say enough good things about Monkey Mike's Auto Repair Inc. When I pulled into their shop with a coolant leak, I was stressed and expecting the worst. i am sick and tired of mechanic shops charging too much and taking too much time to finish the job. so i am just elated to have my car in and out of this shop $200 cheaper than the other 2 shops, and the very day after i dropped it off too. over all i have found my new go-to shop for all the needs on my 25 year old vehicle.
