⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Talk about customer service! I can't say enough good things about Monkey Mike's Auto Repair Inc. When I pulled into their shop with a coolant leak, I was stressed and expecting the worst. But man, did they turn my day around! The owner himself, Mike (yep, the actual Monkey Mike!), came out to greet me. He listened to my concerns, popped the hood, and got right to work. i am sick and tired of mechanic shops charging too much and taking too much time to finish the job. so i am just elated to have my car in and out of this shop $200 cheaper than the other 2 shops, and the very day after i dropped it off too. over all i have found my new go-to shop for all the needs on my 25 year old vehicle.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now! Everyone has always been super sweet and helpful. They always get the job done correctly and at good rate! Definitely recommend for all your vehicle needs and repairs.
Had an alignment done on my car after replacing driver side outer tie rod. I was in and out in less then an hour. Friendly people there, will get my business again if I need any other work done.
THE BEST mechanic in Lubbock. We take all 4 of our cars here and we have never had a bad experience with them or their work. Everyone is always so nice and honest that alone is hard to find now a days. I've never felt like they were after our money or just trying to make a sale.
