Melissa Thompson is unprofessional and RUDE. Within 5 seconds of walking in the door, Melissa gave us an attitude! We simply asked; “Do you guys cut 5 month olds?” With an annoyed tone, she said; “We cut all ages 🙄.” My husband and I looked at each other like; “Did that just happen?!” We tried to ignore the completely unexpected and undeserved attitude, by walking to the chair she said we can use, when she again asked; Do you guys want to hold him?” (With same tone). This place is great with kids absolutely nothing negative to say aside from wishing they opened up earlier but that's not in theor controll since the tyler mall has specific hours.
I love taking my son here. We get our haircuts with Andi. She does so good in being patient with my son whose autistic.. autistic mommas you have to book work Andi
Christina is the best!!!
My baby boys first haircut. Melanie did an amazing job and was super playful, to keep him happy. They give the kids a lollipop so they can be directed somewhere else than the cut. My boy was so scared it would hurt but quickly got over it. Thank you Melanie!
