I booked an appointment with Sylvia for 4:30. Arrived there on time, waited about 15 minutes for her to take my daughter in. I assumed she was one of the ladies who was busy with another child. Until I see her coming out the back with her earbuds on. I was a little annoyed she had us waiting. I proceed to explain to her the haircut I wanted for my daughter, I stated to her that I wanted her hair cut just below her shoulders a little longer. We had taken an appointment for haircut for our 2 year old. We reached 10 mins late onto our appointment because we were stuck in the traffic.The receptionist was very rude and put us on the wait-list without giving an estimate of the wait time . She was very condescending to say the least. If you can't tolerate toddlers crying around while having a haircut, then why even work here... Won't recommend !
I’ve been twice with my baby! They did amazing and fast! Super gentle and understating !
This place is great for kiddos and I HIGHLY recommend booking with Melissa!! My son does not do well with haircuts and she was not only quick and did a great job but super understanding, patient and kind. She was super good with my son and made the experience less traumatic for us both :)
