My child always has a fun time, and it was nice to see that the staff were handling safety issues more clearly than on previous visits. (Staff were intervening with unsafe behaviours with age-appropriate instructions and thanked the children for following through). It would be nice to see some updates to the play structures. There's wear and tear everywhere, and literally no updates in almost 2 years since the last visit.
Place was wonderful! My nephews loved it Great place for children to play, lots of space and multiple different activities for kids to do. Made some new freinds there. We had a great time! I would recommend to anybody who needs a fun place to go for a day
Fantastic place to bring your child to burn some energy. Tables are set up for parents to sit, watch and work while the kids play. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a small snack station where you can purchase snacks and drinks. The price for the day while reasonable if you are spending several hours. I would like to see an hourly rate available for those who aren't planning to spend an entire day.
Went there the other day and it’s decent. Kids had fun, the play diner area is super cute, kudos for having a small cafe with coffee. It just feels old and dirty. I guess this goes for most kid play areas but the vibe felt super germ-y. Not a place I’d bring my little one regularly outside of birthday parties. One and done type place for us.
I just spent the afternoon at Monkey Do with my two granddaughters. From the moment we checked in the staff was warm and welcoming. I met Samantha and explained to her that I had visual issues and if she could help me if she saw my grandkids not adhering to the rules to kindly let me know. She could not have been more gracious, so very kind. The facility was spotless and the food was delicious according to my granddaughters.
