Very stressful experience. When I asked for a quote for cleaning a newly built house for moving in, I was told that there is no quote and jobs are charged hourly. The cleaning team will do everything that has been asked for without restrictions. On the day of the job, I discover that the booking slot has been messed up and in addition the girls came 1.5 hours late so I lost half day. We have been using the team for about 3 months now and fully recommend, as the team members are friendly, pro-active and thorough - when we need home services (cleaning etc.) we will continue to use the team and highly recommend. The admin side of the team is also very prompt and efficient, which helps with cash flow if you are claiming their services
