No refunds. No disclaimer on why you would need one. So let me tell you. Typical thunder warnings go off a 30,30 rule. Look it up it’s the standard. This place goes off of what the radar says. So they come and tell you, we’re stopping until the storm goes by… it’s 12:15. We got here at 10:30 we been waiting this entire time. It’s now 2:30, the storm is just now coming in. 10/10 course. Out of all the ropes courses I've been on, this was the most fun I've had! It's got 3 different tiers all with various different kinds of obstacles that get progressively more challenging. We interacted with a few different guides on the course, all of whom were respectful and incredibly helpful. The main guide we had was Hunter, who explained the safety and the mechanisms in depth, and was extremely kind and encouraging. If you're looking for a fun adventure in Deep Creek, I highly recommend this place! :)

This was AWESOME! Our kids started out skeptical & scared but completed the course with a major boost in confidence! The guides encouraged amazingly, demonstrated excellently, & reassured us continuously of our safety. We will return!
