Not only do they have the best inventory in East NC, but they also have TERRIFIC customer service! My Tory Burch Perry Tote had a damaged seam after one use and Monkees was there for me! I lived out of town and Lauren and her crew went above and beyond to stay in touch with me, contact TB, keep me updated, and help me replace my bag. I now have a beautiful new bag with perfect seams. Love this place, wish I lived in Greenville!
