Never answers phone. Unfriendly and useless except Frankie. Doctor Monk is NEVER there.
Just called about a very serious medical issue that I had been seen for in another city on vacation. I told the lady who answers the phone what the problem was and she literally said " so what do you want the Dr to do about it ?" . Why are you calling ?" I explained I had not seen a Dr here about it and was just going to the clinic to have my IV dealt with . She then said so why do you need a follow up with us ?. I'm tired of how rude and inconsiderate thery are
