Booked a regular pedicure, online, a week in advance. I Got to the salon 15 minutes early hoping they would take me a bit sooner because I had movie tickets right after. They had no idea that I had an appointment. I showed her the online booking with MONIZSA across the screen. She didn’t seem to know they did online booking ? She told me someone would be with me soon but “the girl” wasn’t there yet. So I waited a bit, then went to go get lunch, came back, waited another 20 minutes.
