My contract ended 4/25/16. Due to the fact I sold my house on 3/15/16, I sent my 30 day cancellation letter on March 10th as my contract required. Guess What! They took another Month's payment out for May! I called customer service and supposedly got the Accounts Mgr. who said that it was still in my name and they didn't receive the letter. REALLY? I verified the address and offered to fax a copy of the letter and envelope. I saved a copy, just in case. Nope, he'll cancel it now. He says it must have been the Post Office... ... read more
HORRIBLE Customer service. Also take away that once they install your system you will need to take a day off plus wait a while until they can fit you in. And lastly take away that they know full well that I have NO SECURITY for my 2nd floor of my house and that they are fine taking 48 hours to get back to you and ok with scheduling service 2 plus weeks out, that they are NOT CONCERNED WITH YOUR SECURITY. the worst customer service ever. Do not use this company. I sent a cancellation letter in with an effective date of more than a month away. I was paid in full and sent an additional check with my letter to pay through the cancel date. They called saying they were canceling on the date of their choice and not mine. What company can take your money then cancel earlier than you requested. I have insurance that I have to have a monitored alarm for my business so cutting me off before I requested caused problems with my insurance... read more
