Terrible Nothing more I couldn't say
If I could give them zero stars I would. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I was never contacted about my alarm going off, just received a false alarm bill from the police. Company said they called and sent an email, I asked them to prove it and they have no proof of either and then refused to pay for the false alarm. Every issue with this company takes at least 3 phone calls. Not only do the customer service people not do their job, the supervisors are not any better. WORST EVER... BEWARE!!!!
After I wrote a letter to Monitronics expressing how disappointed I was in their service, they eventually responded and offered me a deal of $17 a month which I agreed to, and things have gone fine ever since. I really haven't interacted with anyone from their company for some time, and there have been no incidents since they changed my plan.
