Great unit WHEN it works. For the most part it heats and cools great. But its 50 F plus degrees and the unit goes to defrost mode and stays. Tech has call factory and was told it was low on Freon. he had already check it before calling. After having no use of the unit for 2 months paying the high price of a space heater, a circuit board was shipped to him. He put is in and it worked for about 10 months.
