Monitor Medical corporate employees are incompetent when it comes to customer service and refilling supplies. Their Plano, Texas office sold me a CPAP unit two years ago. They promised to refill supplies automatically. I had to call them each month to ask where my supplies are. They are consistently slow on refills and have to be prodded about the status. I went to this CPAP company because a Kelsey Seybold doctor sent me...DO NOT USE THEM. You can Never get hold of a person to help you Except a Foreign Call Service who you WILL NOT UNDERSTAND. I am now using Safeway Medical and Love Them, here is their number to give to your doctor 713-807-9922. Again, do yourself a favor and don't allow them to be your CPAP supplier!!!
