DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I received a used cpap mask with a hair on it. Bag was open missing parts. I have called emailed and left messages with Jason and no reply. Read the other negative reviews and I didn’t believe it until I experienced it. The lady that answers the phone is so nice.

All cpap equipment suppliers are bad like politicians we vote for the one we hate the least, Monitor have poorly trained employees but they do have some selection of products

I called and left 5 messages October 2017. They finally returned my call 6 months later only to tell me they are going to request a new prescription from my Dr because my prescription expired 5 months ago. After not hearing from them in a month I called them only to be placed on hold so they can check my prescription status. They kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. I used my daughter’s phone to call them while I was still on hold; they answered and after I asked why did they still have my original call on hold the young lad... read more

I have been using monitor medical for my cpap since the late 1990s. They have always been able to provide me with the latest in technology. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in cpap products.
