Find another provider. They don t return calls, Take way to long to help.
I hate to give these people even one star. They are totally incompetent. It has taken nearly 3 months to get CPAP equipment and then the order was wrong and not complete. Representatives are never available when you phone and they do not bother to return calls. All this, even after more than a month ago I contacted the main office in Stafford, TX to complain. Getting supplies has been horrible. Most times when you call you get voicemail and they dont return calls. They say supplies have been shipped when they havent. Long story short get use another provider.
They took the time to go over my sleep therapy device with me. I felt very comfortable when i left their office.
