This company is VERY slow about returning phone calls -- and even worse about transferring medical records. I called them on a Thursday morning, and it is now Wednesday of the following week and they still haven't faxed my records. I'm glad there is another Medicare CPAP supplier in this area. Wouldn't go to Monitor for any reason if I could help it.
