I was diagnosed with OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) in September of 2012. My Insurance at the time selected Monitor Medical as my CPAP Supplier. I was impressed with how fast they got me a machine, but that was where my respect for the Company ended. Certain parts of the CPAP have to be replaced every 6 months. I've tried to two months now, to reach a Staff Member at Monitor Medical to orders supplies that I needed, two months ago.
