Whats the point in having an appointment when you arrive 15 mins early and then sit and wait when a customer service representative comes out and ask if you have an appointment and you respond Yes, and then they begin to tell you that it'll be a while because they have an installation when I called to make the appointment You didn't know you had an installation? you could have reschedule the appointment for a later time? This place is only open Tuesday and wed..must be a good racket..if you only have to work 2 days a week
I am always greeted upon arrival and told to have a nice day after the Service Technician performs the Monthly Calibration in a speedy and professional manner. Regardless of the fact why I have to come to Monitech it's a pleasure to be serviced by the Monitech Staff.
