Sucks that we have to come here but they lighten the mood. My initial visit was scary/irritating, of course, when I left I felt confident, knowledgeable and not as aggravated lol
This is the most poorly run company I have ever encountered. They are open one day a week, and continuously close on days they have scheduled appointments. They just expect their customers to reschedule after driving hours to get to them. They mixed up the VIN number on my account and I had to go back through the Courts to get it straightened out. They are rude, and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
