Customer service issues – Monique's carries unique brands. That is exclusively the reason for why I come there. I would say that customer service is missing at times. Sensitivity is on a low end. Some comments and remarks are plain rude and far away from being professional.
Elegant, Unique and Reasonably Priced – Beautiful European style clothing. Small volume with good mix of sizes. A definitely great option for those who don't want the "shopping mall" look but also don't want to pay ludicrous prices for something unique. Excellent quality and individuality, friendly non-pressured service.
