Absolutely terrible. She ignores questions and emails for weeks and weeks. Then at the last minute expects you to drop everything (even your job) to make time for her (we're talking a day or two before court). She doesn't keep you informed of case developments either. She kept me completely in the dark and made decisions without my knowledge or consent. She also draws conversations out to increase the billable time.
