Staff was very rude and rushed us out of our bridal appointment even though I found a gown we were seriously considering for purchase. I expected a nicer store with a larger space and better service. I would never purchase something as important as my wedding dress from an establishment that treated us so poorly and rudely.
Had a WONDERFUL experience here and found “the one”! Kristen was such a darling, so patient, and answered all of my questions.
Since my original review, the boutique has proactively responded to my concerns regarding my experience. I am appreciative of their willingness to improve the way their boutique operates and services future brides. I had the best experience with Carson and the ML team. They were so helpful and kind. Although I didn’t end up getting my dress from here, I couldn’t recommend Carson and the boutique more highly. They made the experience very easy and positive!

Taz, the tailor, is also amazing at what he does and so sweet - he did such a wonderful job tailoring my gown and making it fit perfectly.
