Monique is amazing. She is so warm, skilled, and even funny (at the right times). I have recommended her to so many people!
I saw Monique about ten years ago for several years. She was the first person to question if I might have ADHD. At the time I didn’t think it fit so I didn’t pursue it, but ten years later I have a diagnosis and tx plan. Her knowledge, training, intuition, and compassion is spot on.
Monique has helped me with grounding exercises to stabilize my anxiety. Also giving me exercises to help with my depression. Truthfully I wouldn't be here with her help and support. She is easy to talk to, always coming up more ideas for coping with my day to day challenges. I appreciate her flexible times for appointments and availability as I try to make my appointments so they don't interfere with work.
