Monique Lin was the most amazing doctor I have ever came across. She was so understanding, patient, and made sure to cover everything. Most doctor's rush and barely make sense of what is being done and why. She was the total opposite. Thanks again for your help.
They don't answer the phone for 15 minutes, they don't return phone calls when you leave a voice mail. Wife has been on hold for 30 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. They obviously have a completely inept person handling the phones. If my wife weren't PREGNANT and requiring blood thinners so she doesn't GET A BLOOD CLOT AND DIE, we wouldn't even try with this place. Thus far, 4 days trying to make an appointment. If my wife gets a clot because they won't speak to us i will take what ever legal action i can. 3 on you... read more
