My daughter and I lived Monique. Moving from another state 5 yrs ago we were blessed to find her. Very smart, asked questions and truly cared about her patients. She’s no longer there and she will be so very missed. Wherever you go Monique we wish you the very best. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I hope our new provider will be as caring as you.
I know she exists because I met her once before but getting a follow up is next to impossible. I got no showed at a telehealth video appointment (11/13/24) after being bombarded the couple of days prior with texts, robo calls and emails reminding me of the appointment. At least they said they would refund my charge. I guess as long as they keep the meds flowing, I don't need to see anyone. I give them an extra star for their website. If piss poor patient care and incompetence was a place it would be this place. It is impossible to get through to the office on the phone and appointments are scarce. They are more concerned with protocols and paperwork than with human life. I submitted paperwork for work prior to a surgery, which I discussed with my primary. Wheb they got the papers they refused to fill them out and insisted that it was my surgeon who had to to it. Dealing with the billing department here is just an absolutely horrific experience. My wife had her routine annual physical where they were supposed to do a bloodwork panel as part of the physical. They stated repeatedly that we would not be charged for running the blood panel. The doctors office subsequently made errors by running unnecessary diagnostic panels when they should have only been running preventative panels, resulting in a co-pay charge from Labcorp. Personally, I don't have an issue. My entire family did tests with Monique and getting the results WITH a discussion has not been good. A bit disappointed by the experience and looking elsewhere for service.
