I was referred to Monique Brock and very excited to meet her. So excited, I drove way out the way 42 min to my apt with her at 3:00 today. Traffic was terrible so I get there 2:45, still 15 min before my appointment. I was told Monique Brock will not see me, she needed me there 10 min ago.
