I talked with Monique about providing an insurance quote for auto and renters policies on a Friday morning. After 3 calls over the course of 2 weeks, I have yet to hear back from Monique about pricing or just a call back in general. Horrible customer service.
We have had this company for a looooooong time. They are very attentive and super friendly. We tell all our friends and family about them.
It doesn’t surprise me to see bad reviews. I was a customer over 10 years. Due to horrific rate increases, policies were requested to be cancelled many times. They finally cancelled for non-payment. While I’m waiting for corrections on cancellation dates to be made, I was turned over to collections. Monique does not return calls. I guess I’m no longer making her money now. There is no sense of urgency. Terrible customer service!
I was in an accident with someone insured by Country Financial. It took forever for Country Financial to accept fault for the accident. The police report clearly showed who was at fault. Then when I tried to file a claim the claims rep made it the slowest and most difficult process. After months, I was finally able to make the repairs.
