I seen her back from 2010-2012, she's the worst I've ever encountered by far. She was always rude along with her office staff. I've always had an issue with my heart which I confided in her about in which she kept telling me there's nothing wrong with me, it's just acid reflux. One time she laughed when she said it. Turns out I have MVP which was diagnosed by my current doctor. Dr. Jao is very personable and is thorough in her care and making me feel I've gotten all questions or concerns answered. The staff is very courteous. I felt safe in the office and facility.
Dr. Jao is the most accommodating doctor giving me all the office time and explanation I need. She's very accessible and prompt friendly staff
