Was not a good experience doing business with Monin Marble & Granite Stone, INC. We paid in full for a slab and found a hairline crack down the middle. When we asked for a refund we were informed that it was a final sale. How can this be final when the item is damaged? Problem #1. We picked out another slab and negotiated a price for the new slab and cutting/installation. The Slab was paid for in full, but Israel (owner) wanted another $800 paid in full to cut and install.
