We’ve been using Monin fruit purées in our wine slushies since opening almost 3 years ago. The flavors are great, but the customer service is among the best I’ve experienced. We had ordered about 10 purées and after placing the order I realized it was shipping to the last address I had used on Shop! I quickly called and left a VM and sent an email about the mistake. Very impressed with shipping and pricing! I received two flavors that I didn’t care for and I wrote a review to share my personal opinion on the taste and the company reached out to me and offered to replace the two flavors. Outstanding customer service and my to go to for all syrups!

I’ve been using Monin syrups for years, and they never disappoint! They’re perfect for adding a flavorful twist to my coffee, tea, lemonade, and even special cocktails. Shipping is always super fast, and their customer service is top-notch—when I made a mistake with my order, they resolved it quickly and kindly. I also love catching their sales, which are always a great deal. Highly recommend!
