Very slow unloading , good people ,but keeping a driver for 5-6 hrs for product they need is just not ok .They taking one pallet every 15-20 minutes . We too have hours of operation , family that waits for us .
I am unfortunately holding off on further orders due to the concerns in the news around erythritol. Hopefully Monin will eliminate it from their ingredients soon so that I may reorder and update to 5 stars. Thank you.
We’ve been using Monin fruit purées in our wine slushies since opening almost 3 years ago. The flavors are great, but the customer service is among the best I’ve experienced. We had ordered about 10 purées and after placing the order I realized it was shipping to the last address I had used on Shop! I quickly called and left a VM and sent an email about the mistake.
