Thanks for sorting out our lack of hot water pressure in Nelson Bay. Did a great job & also at a great price. Called them Thursday & they arrived on time Friday. Problem solved. Josh & his assistant Holden were very professional & receptive to my shit stiring too. ( LOL ) Yeah we had a few laughs as I introduced them to my music that was playing in the background- NOFX ! Hopefully you guys are fans now ! My job was to hold the torch which I did quite well - LOL Thanks guys !

I asked for a quote to repair a very noisy down pipe and spreader. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Today 19/5, I receive an invoice for a quote that I still hadn’t received. The plumber was here for no more than 10 mins, climbed on the garage roof, and took a video of water running down the pipe, and I’m being charged $110.On advising I would not be paying this invoice as I still hadn’t received requested quote and 25 mins later receive the quote.
