The location is super, across the street from Victoria park. Everything one needs is close by (doctor, vet, dentist, grocery, library). The building is very well keep up and clean. Manager is extremely responsive and personable. Attached is the view from our window.

As a former tenant of 12 years, I can report Monika Vista was an outstanding home for us. The building itself is unique in that it is surrounded by quiet, landscaped gardens. Our suite, a 2 bedroom, was spacious (about 1175 sf), well laid-out, and had a wonderful view. The suites are well-maintained, and typically, they renovate after each long-term tenant leaves. The building manager, Yuri, was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, as is the rest of the building staff. Highly recommended.

Monika Vista is a fantastic building to reside in. At 12 stories, it is a smaller building with long term tenants, so it is quiet and people are very friendly. It is centrally located and accessible to all the major amenities, including shops, restaurants, breweries, bowling, Seabus etc. But its location on Victoria Park, means it is quieter than the more heavily populated parts of Lonsdale.
