This was my first time going to this endo, and all I can say that I have mixed feelings about it given of how I was treated there. I was late because of annoying traffic and came inside one minute over 15 min grace period which hit 16 min when I walked in and I felt bad but the receptionist was nice about it and let me still see Dr. Monika, but the rest weren't happy about it, which I completely understand because of the time and seeing other patients. Doctor is rude and condescending with a bad attitude. Will not be going back
I saw the negative reviews prior to seeing this doctor and they are not wrong. I thought I would give her a chance, since sometimes reviews can be unfair. This woman actually is incredibly condescending rude and abrasive. When she noticed that I was bothered by her attitude she apologized for "starting off too strong"... She absolutely doesn't respect the opinion of her patients or even other doctors ... She didn’t look over my records beforehand and made assumptions/recommendations without even asking about my medical histo... read more
