Poorly ran with little care about their patients health and front desk workers that give attitude not sympathy when you explain your situation. I’ve been waiting on my CGM for almost 2 months because they’ve not sent over the correct information and do not follow up with the pharmacy after they sent them new documents. Their negligence has negatively impacted my health.
Rarely do I write reviews, but Dr. Monika Olchawa-Begeny deserves recognition for her exceptional care. She addresses all my questions and provides prescriptions as needed. Unlike some negative reviews, my experience with Dr. Olchawa-Begeny has been consistently positive. Given the potential variability in online reviews, I recommend giving Dr. Olchawa-Begeny a try; you have nothing to lose.
