Went there was very sick dr kaul sent me right to hospital she did care u could tell right away
I have has numerous issues with this doctor/office. Once I waited so long for an appointment that I left without being seen. And I can't tell u how many time she has refused to refill prescriptions for non narcotics and doesn't give refills for medication important medicine such as my inhaler which is a rescue inhaler for my asthma or my singular which is a prescription for allergies/asthma. She is the best Dr
Monika Kaul and staff are friendly caring . I was impatient waiting to be seen making remarks out loud and they to my surprise were nice about it I was by mistake on the other side waiting room, and they had a bit of a wait there, so I was finally an office staff, that I was in the wrong waiting room. I also was told Doctor Kaul in a nice friendly matter , to please be more calm next time and not be in such a rush. I feel embarrassed by my attitude with all staff in general.
