Never calls back, never follows through. Always rushing me off the phone. 3rd time my mom had to suffer over the weekend with a UTI because this office doesn't pay attention or follows through. Always put u on hold . And never gets back to you or call in wrong medication. 9 times my mom had to go to ER which could've been prevented if the office called in meds, called u back.
