Not an Avian/Bird specialist! I paid $160 to find out this place knows nothing about birds! The veterinarian came in for five minutes, examined my baby parrot, picked up his head and pulled his neck straight and said he had a deformity! All baby birds have a crooked neck to beg for food and it straightens out as they get older! It was shocking to me that the veterinarian didn’t understand this basic concept. Such amazing staff, super attentive and always on the go. Came in after my dog and I had been attacked by a dog. Every staff member was super helpful and took amazing care of us. I truly appreciate them getting me through a traumatic experience and helping my dog out
