I absolutely love Dr. Ochini. I have been a patient for many years and she does an amazing job. Unfortunately, her receptionist is so rude. While trying to schedule my yearly physical she yelled at me on the phone and behaved terribly. There is absolutely no excuse for talking to someone so inconsiderately. I have changed doctors now and won’t come back.
Dr Ochani was not interested in anything I had to say. My first visit and she just couldn’t show me any respect? She was ready to mouth off at me, but stopped herself. She was inconsiderate, dismissive, rude and disrespectful. Horrible bedside manner as the saying goes. Her arrogance and behavior towards me was awful. I said that I wasn’t feeling well.
