The staff go above and beyond to help our fur-babes. Would never take them anywhere else. The little photo they send of your pet after a procedure helps provide a level of comfort, my dogs love going there just for hugs 🥰
Would not visit any other vet! Lucilla and her team have looked after all our fur babies for over 20 years now and we trust her explicitly with her incredibly veterinary skills and care.
In late May our beloved pet dog went in for a regular teeth clean and unfortunately passed away due to cardiac arrest. The focus of my review is not to focus on her untimely death, but what happened to us after. I fully understand that despite the very best of intentions of our vet and the practice, things outside their control can go wrong and unfortunately for us this was the case with our dog. I highly recommend Lucilla and the team at Monier Veterinary Clinic. Upon arrival I am always greeted with friendly faces and attentive staff - nothing is ever too much trouble. Lucilla is just brilliant, and has this very special and unique connection with animals which is something I always find very profound during each and every visit. My timid and anxious border collie is very lucky to have her as his vet, and she is the only person that has been the right fit for him.
Finally found my vet! Well Ollie and Millys vet...From the receptionists who are always caring and helpful to the wonderful vet nurses to the amazing vets! Their vet care/compassion/understanding of us pet parents being stressed is beyond 5 stars!! Thankyou for all you do! Lucilla you are an 😇 plus Ollie is loving his new low fat food..
