Very simple the experience, come personally to the office and they don’t show up, and when I call them they say that don’t have time

Monica is the only person I trust with very sensitive information when it comes to filing taxes. I’ve been coming to her for 18 years. I’ve never had any issues with the IRS. She’s very knowledgeable and always updated with new changes IRS may have. Monica and her team are very professional and helpful to they offer appointments which makes it very convenient.
Horrendous customer service. Would not recommend to ANYONE!
