Unfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy has been consistently disappointing. The staff at the front desk are often rude and unwelcoming. I have felt that customers who do not speak Russian are treated differently and with less respect. Picking up medication should be a simple and pleasant experience, but every visit feels stressful because of the attitude of some staff members.
