I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are very dishonest people. I purchased a vehicle from them, and the 3rd time I drove it (only about 150 miles) the transmission completely failed and left me stranded. A major issue like this does not happen overnight, and the vehicle clearly was not properly inspected before being sold. DO NOT GO HERE Monicas Motors sells lemon cars. Tried to sell me a "good" car without the spare tire, an oil change, clean interior or a VALID STATE INSPECTION! Not even 2 weeks later the engine goes out and Monicas refuses to help cover cost of repair. They'll ghost your calls and texts and mainly speak Spanish, which was hard to communicate with. I regret buying one of their cars and would advise everyone to stay away.

She's on Turo..I rented a Hyundai Elantra and I was supposed to have it for 6 days. I had it for 3 hours. It was delivered to me and it had a expired temp sticker on the license plate, and it had warning signs flashing all over it when I turned it on. She told me that it was a mistake and that I could drive across town on expired tags to pick up the sticker that there was no possible way that there was something wrong with the car and that it didn't impede any of the way the car worked even though it was the headlights alon... read more
