Monica is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered after 20 years of body work experience. She is thoughtful, intuitive, and goes far beyond expectations to make sure you are comfortable, leave more relaxed, and have found healing. 5 stars, every time.
Edit: I just tried Monica’s new holistic integration session. Highly recommend! The difference between it and a normal session is there’s a bit longer of an intake process where you really get to flesh out some things in your life that are leading either to physical pain or maybe some mental energy blockages. I cannot recommend Monica highly enough! She is knowledgeable, professional, inclusive, welcoming, intuitive, and well-versed in her field. This was my second massage with her, and both were the best massages I've ever had. Each time I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her space is so cozy, clean, calming - it's easy to slip into a blissful state while Monica works her magic. Literally just walked out and my mind is blown. The entire atmosphere was serene. Monica knows her stuff. I've had massages in the past but nothinggggg touches the one I just had. From checking in on me, explaining all of my questions to how much you can tell she cares just by how amazing she does each treatment... I am floored.
Such an incredible experience and practice. Monica really uses intuitive massage to restore your body. Loved that no abrasive scents or fragrances are used. HIGHLY recommend.
