Monica's Italian Bistro is a great neighborhood find. I've eaten at Monica's several times and have sampled many different items on the menu. One of my favorites was the parmesan encrusted flatiron steak. Their pizza is always good with tons of cheese (might be too much if you're not a cheese lover). Bob's Your Uncle on Mormon Trek is now Monica's Italian Bistro. They kept the same great pizza, but the rest of the menu changed completely. They have panini sandwiches, pastas, and a number of entrees. They also make all of their soups from scratch now.
