Bob's Your Uncle on Mormon Trek is now Monica's Italian Bistro. They kept the same great pizza, but the rest of the menu changed completely. They have panini sandwiches, pastas, and a number of entrees. They also make all of their soups from scratch now. They offer lunch portions until 4 o'clock which is nice and still do delivery and carry-out. The lasagna and eggplant parmigiana are wonderful. I also really love the chicken pesto panini.
