Been with Monica and State Farm since I began driving. She and her staff have always taken great care of me and making sure I’m good on my policy, and my well being. They uphold outstanding service and always are very understanding if you miss a payment. They make sure to be diligent in getting you the best coverage possible. I was texting and talking back and forth with Mattie and she was doing everything in her power to help me out. She never lost touch with me and she kept me in the loop with everything. If you need insurance of any sort please reach out to these guys and they will get you taken care of. The whole team is absolutely wonderful and I am glad that we made the switch almost a year ago!!! Karen was great she was really nice and patient with me (as I had my son with me playing and laughing in the background) and she didn’t mind one bit which was very comforting!
