At first was great would go from fredericksburg to where there salon is which is pretty distant and she somewhat did what I wanted went for 1 color bath more and after that I text her about my appointment no response. Me realizaron un procedimiento muy malo de Keratina quedé totalmente decepcionada del resultado tengo bastante frizz y por lo tanto ni lacio está. Ellas solo indican que yo no tuve los cuidados correspondientes, yo me hice este procedimiento por más de dos años y se como cuidarlo y para el colmo ellas me vendieron el shampoo con el que supuestamente quedaría mejor y aún así mencionan que es mi culpa. Me ofrecieron realizarme nuevamente el procedimiento teniendo que pagar casi lo mismo de lo que me costó.
