I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I like this doctor. She is a good doctor.
When I came in, they went above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
