Great office & very satisfied with care by Dr Popov.
I do like that other facilities and services women need are on the same parking lot. I felt no empathy or true care from this office. I felt an impersonal interaction with the Nurse Practitioner. She didn't want to listen to my questions and concerns. The technician that performed the scan was impersonal also. A doctor never came in to talk to me or introduce themselves to me nor was I told if or when to return while still waiting for serious lab results. Melanie was nice. Dr. Popov is very attentive, listens, and answers questions with detail. I have seen her for over 5 years, and she is great. Highly recommend. The staff at Caring for Women in Denton is always kind as well.
