The front desk staff member at the Clearwater Landmark location consistently exhibits unprofessional and rude behavior. Every time I have visited with my wife, she seems to go out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable. Her attitude toward us has been extremely negative, and she often makes irrelevant or unnecessary comments in response to our questions.
